About Heart-Led Yoga

My journey with yoga has been a deeply transformative one. What began as a personal practice gradually became something much more — a way of understanding myself, finding steadiness and reconnecting with what really matters to me.

After many years of teaching in the classroom, yoga helped me recognise that I wanted to live and work differently. It gave me the courage to step away from teaching and create a life more closely aligned with my values, eventually becoming a yoga teacher myself.

My teaching is rooted in the belief that yoga is not about achieving a shape or reaching an end point. It is about building awareness through breath, movement, and stillness, and about listening to your body with curiosity and compassion. I weave in elements of yoga philosophy alongside a somatic and trauma-informed approach, so the practice feels grounding, supportive, and adaptable to your requirements.

My aim is to build a community of like-minded people who can gather to practice and connect. I am deeply passionate about making yoga accessible to everyone, especially those who face barriers to attending traditional classes, so please reach out to discuss how I can tailor a practice to support your unique needs.

Classes take place at The Yoga Dome in Box, Wiltshire, a calm and welcoming space that feels close to nature while still being easy to access. Music, sound, and chanting are also part of my offerings, helping to create a practice that feels both nourishing and alive.
